The DPLGenesis Marker has been developed for marking requirements of medium- and large-scale product series. Like all laser markers, developed by ACI Laser GmbH, it also features compact design. Minimal dimensions, obtained by integration of all components within one housing, enable the usage as manual workplace and its installation into the production line, respectively, without problems. Contrary to approaches, usual for products at the market, to use susceptible and cost-intensive water cooling, in ACI lasers there is only thermoelectric air cooling of low maintenance requirements. This lowers operating costs appreciably and lets the laser marking system become a real alternative to traditional marking methods. The especially developed resonator generates highest beam quality and with this, precise, clean and high-quality labelling. This low-maintenance and cost-saving system features enormous flexibility. The laser marker is controlled by the marking software MagicMark V3, included in the scope of delivery. This software has an intuitively operable user interface and so the complete system is able to be used very easily. One special feature is the communication with the laser via USB 2.0 which enables fast data exchange. Because of high pulse peak powers, fast labelling of high contrast on metals, ceramics, foils, and plastics can be carried out.
