The compact laser marker DPLMagic Marker as the basic model of diode pumped laser markers made by ACI Laser GmbH provides an entrance into the world of laser marking at a very good price performance ratio. It is especially suitable for customizable and durable product marking of small series. Labels created with the DPLMagic Marker meet the highest quality demands. One of the outstanding characteristics of the system is that all components are integrated within one housing. With this, not only fibre-optical connections are needless but also existing production lines can be used further without problems. Instead of utilizing a space requiring and maintenance intensive water cooling system, an energy saving thermoelectric air cooling unit is applied. Because of its highest beam quality and its very short laser pulses, the specifically developed resonator enables precise, clean und continuous labelling. Attributably to the short laser pulses, very high pulse peak powers are generated. Therefore, the spectrum of inscribable materials ranges from metals via plastics up to foils and ceramics. All in all, the laser marker proves to require extremely low of maintenance, is cost-saving and can be applied very flexibly because of its small dimensions. The system is controlled by the provided Software MagicMark V3 running on a Windows operating system and communicating with the laser via a USB 2.0 interface. Even an unskilled operator can operate the program intuitively and so the complete system is able to be used very easily. ACI Laser GmbH offers an extended range of auxiliaries to this laser system and so complete, ready solutions according to laser protection class 1 are available.
