The DPLNexus Marker is recommended for large-scale series. High output power of max. 100 kW in connection with compact design allow for easy integration into production lines and realisation of very short marking times. The applied thermo-electrical air cooling ensures continuous operation at cost-saving energy consumption. The heart of the laser is formed by the specifically developed resonator that enables clean and high-quality labelling on the material at best beam quality. Because of its high flexibility and its minimal maintenance costs, the DPLNexus Marker is a profitable alternative to traditional marking systems. The system is controlled by the provided software MagicMark V3. Its user interface has especially been designed for easy operation, so that even unskilled operators can control the complete system without problems. The DPLNexus Marker is suitable for marking metals, plastics, foils, and ceramics with labels of high contrast. ACI Laser GmbH offers an extended range of auxiliaries to complete the DPLNexus Marker system and so complete, ready solutions according to laser protection class 1 are available.
