The WorkstationPROFESSIONAL has been created especially for larger workpieces. Designed to be a manual workplace with an automatic door opening unit, it allows marking of individual parts and small series. The generously designed working area accepts parts of a maximum width of 600mm and a maximum depth of 600mm. High light of this solution is the standardly integrated x-portal that extends the marking area to 500mm. Depending on the laser objective lens, it is possible to label workpieces up to a height of 440mm by using the moveable z-axis. For fast and easy focussing after changing the workpieces, the system has two integrated pilot lasers. In the WorkstationPROFESSIONAL, a very effectively working thermoelectric air cooling system provides for continuous operation of the system. The WorkstationPROFESSIONAL can be equipped with the laser markers type DPLSmart Marker, DPLMagic Marker, DPLGenesis Marker, DPLNexus Marker, DPLFortis Marker, or COTwo Marker. The complete system is controlled by the marking software MagicMark V3. With its intuitively operated user interface, it enables easy control of the system.
